We are currently looking to recruit a Site Technical Manger to join our Hanworth site. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high performance quality strategy for our milk&more production facility. They will enable the team to meet targets and ensure that performance is continually improved by coaching and developing our people. Applicants' background should include experience of holding a site technical/site quality manager role for at least 2 years. Experience within the food and drink industry is equally desirable.

Your challenge :

Improve product quality, ensure adherence to customer requirements, drive out waste and inefficiency whilst ensuring no impact on product quality, legality or safety.

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

• Overall governance and assurance of site quality

• Creating a culture where our people are enabled and empowered every day

• Creating and delivering development plan for self and team

• Creating succession pathways both up through and across organisation

• Enabling team to create and deliver Quality Strategy through OGSM in line with group strategic direction

• Develop high level problem solving capability and facilitation skills throughout the function (to include crisis management)

• Responsible for creating CI culture and improvement opportunities for self and team

Key skills & experience

• HACCP level 4

• Food Safety Level 4

• Lead Auditor

• Dairy Science

• Microbiology

• Fit for Leadership

• Relevant retailer standards

The role is based at our Hanworth site with travel to other sites in our network as required.
