We are recruiting in the milk&more Marketing department a Customer Acquisition Executive to provide support to the Head of Marketing – milk&more. The successful candidate will be responsible for our Geodemographic targeting system (Mosaic) which allows us to centrally manage our customer acquisition activities and helps us with our strategic decision making. You will require previous Geodemographic experience, superb communications skills, excellent written English and a keen eye for detail. You'll be working closely with our Operations Team and with the 3rd party agencies who provide our customer acquisition services.

Your challenge

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing demographic data for each depot to identify the ‘best' customer acquisition targets.

• Production of demographic maps & street lists for the customer acquisition teams.

• Work with the acquisition companies and depots to create a work schedule, for resource planning.

• Send materials to depots and manage any amendments to plans in a timely manner.

• To investigate areas that we do not serve and calculate the opportunity for milk&more regarding the number of primary and secondary households.

• Analyse effectiveness of each customer acquisition campaign in depots and make recommendations for any change required to become more effective.

• Provide ad hoc reports to Operational Managers to help in the day to day management at our depots.

• Develop a set of standard reports for the business regarding customer demographics.

• Identify potential improvements in current rounds allocation within the depot network.

• Review the Mosaic system and recommend how the data that it contains can be used by milk&more to drive our business growth, to include effeciencies within the existing depot network as well as potential new areas for the business to serve.

Key skills & experience

• Ideal candidate should have at least 1 years' experience in demographic profiling

• Confident in management of databases

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Highly organised, with a high degree of attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills

• A level education essential
