We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our People team based at our support centre in Bradford. Ideally you’ll have experience as an Analyst or in HR systems but we’re open to other backgrounds if you can show us why you’re right for us.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months, to cover maternity leave.

In the role you’ll be looking at position management, making sure the organisation structures are updated correctly and building roles that have been accurately sized with the correct benefit entitlements (according to Hay methodology).

What will you be doing in the role of a Reward Analyst at Morrisons ?

· Supporting organisational changes and maintaining structure charts
· Coordinating and attending job evaluation sessions (Hay methodology), making sure all information is accurately recorded
· Working with the business to make sure the correct benefit entitlements are added to each different pool of roles
· Analysing and interpreting data to identify opportunities for process improvement

What skills and experience do you need to be a success ?

· You’ll have a background as an analyst or within HR systems ideally
· Ability to build strong relationships is key as you’ll be working with a variety of people from across the business and you’ll need to show yourself as a trusted systems expert
· You’ll need to be able to interpret data and show an excellent attention to detail whilst working in an organised and logical way
· It would really benefit for you show some commercial and financial understanding
· Ideally you’ll be Hay job evaluation trained but this isn’t essential as we can provide this training
