We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to join our People Services Systems Team. The successful applicant will work within a small team supporting our HR Systems, analysing data and working on projects, all helping to maximise the value Morrisons achieves through its corporate HR systems.

What will I do?

· Specific ownership of People Services Workflow system OpenText including maintenance, support, continuous improvement and further roll-out
· Support the development and maintenance of other HR Systems
· Advise and support the wider HR community on processes relating to HR Systems
· Provide the business with information obtained from HR Systems to support better decision making
· Engage with business partners to gather, interpret and define requirements
· Develop and maintain documentation on business requirements and processes
· Involvement in User Acceptance Testing
· Communicate process and system changes to HR Systems users
· Build good working relationships across other divisions

What skills and qualifications do I need?

· Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
· Excellent attention to detail and strong concern for accuracy
· Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
· Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
· Good MS Office skills
· Friendly and approachable
· Strong verbal and written skills
· Experience of workflow systems is preferable
