We are looking for an HR Manager who can help us scale the MoovOne team in the best possible way. In this role we need you to work proactively and strategically, constantly making sure that MoovOne is complying with the current best HR practices and first of its league. As a disruptor within HR Learning & Development, with no legacy, everyone in the team is expected to be part of building our company and processes. For you to enjoy our work environment you should be able to embrace change and de ready to rise to the challenge of building a department from scratch. You will be based in our Paris office, have full support and work closely with the all team. You will be in direct contact with our Administration, Finance and Office Manager.



You will be part of the executive board, and take part in the strategic decisions regarding MoovOne. Our goal: be the European Champion in 3 years, with a team of 70 international talents.



Main Missions:

You will be responsible for the implementation of global HR initiatives and processes, driving internal communication and change management.

You will be accountable for MoovOne’s compliance with the latests employment laws and regulations. You will also be liable for introducing the best practices in terms of Culture, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to constantly and proactively support MoovOne’s growth, and enabling the employees to work at their best potential.



💫 Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Strategies (management of 1 Talent Acquisition Manager and 1 recruiter)

→ Manage online presence, content creation, internal events, meetups,

→ Drive the acquisition of new candidates,

→ Scale and find new ways be more efficient in the hiring process,

→ Activate winning strategies towards our target audience of candidates.



🥇 Talent Management & Culture:

→ Onboarding/offboarding,

→ Training plan,

→ Performance management.



📈 HR tools & Data: monitoring of HR performance through relevant indicators.



👯 Facility & Event Management : office layout, perks & benefits, internal events...



🛠 Day-to-day Management of the employee’s life cycle, including:

→ Be the go-to person for all managers and employees,

→ Admin & Legal tasks (legal agreements, employment contracts, health insurance, payroll management,...)

Desired profile

Required profile:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Master Degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field,
• +7 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in fast growing companies,
• A track record of being a doer, having delivered HR initiatives,
• A dedication to being creative, taking initiatives and being process-driven at the same time,
• Understanding of French employment law.
• Positive and solution-oriented - nothing is impossible!
• Tech savvy (we’re using Mac laptops, Google Suite and Slack),
