We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Sales Accounts Team!
 
Supervised by Sales & Account Managers, you will…
 
Ad Hoc analysis
Build, prepare and maintain different reports needed in both sales channels: Retail and Impulse
Sales evolution follow up
New products distribution information
Specific reports or analysis needed per customer
 
Sales Accounts Manager Support
           Propose assortment optimization in customers
           Samples delivery
- notes management
           Collect and compile products Technical & Logistic Sheets and distribute to Sales Team
           Be the support of Sales Department
 
Store and Point of Sales visits together with Sales Field team
           Information gathering and in store activity performance collaboration
 
Be the back-up for Inside Sales when needed (vacations etc)
           Customer orders record, management and follow up
 
Manage directly some E Commerce Customers

You have a University Degree (or Business School degree)

Your analysis , synthesis and communication skills are your strengths

You are results oriented, open minded, reliable, you like numbers and work in a team spirit

You are recognized for your sense of organization, your creativity, your autonomy and your proactivity

You have a strong digital sensitivity

You understand Excel and Power Point

You are fluent in English
