The Role
 
As an Human Resources
Intern you will Support HR Manager in daily business, esp. labor relations
and collaboration with Shares Service Center.

Your challenges

·        
Support the HR
Business Partner team in daily business

·        
Collaborate with
our HR Shared Service Center and work on continuous process improvements

·        
Work on current
HR concepts for e.g. change management and talent retention

·        
Support the
process of preparing and negotiating collective labor agreements accordingly

·        
Work with the HR
Business Partner team on HR projects

 

Qualifications

·        
Pursuing a
university degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology with focus on HR
or a related field of study

·        
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills in combination with integrity and trust

·        
Ability to learn
on the fly, high degree of self-initiative and team work skills

·        
Analytical thinking

·        
Knowledge of the
German labor law, esp. Work constitution act, and first experience with Work
Council collaboration including co-determination processes are a plus

·        
Fluency in
German and English language

·        
MS Office skills

Monthly gross salary starting from EUR 1600 (on a full-time basis acc. to
