The Role
In this role, you will Support the HR Manager in daily HR business. You will be especially focusing on Labor relations and collaboration with the Shares Service Center in Mondelez.
It’s a Monday-Friday role with a total of 37.5 hours a week.
 
Main Duties:
Support the HR Business Partner team in daily business
Collaborate with our HR Shared Service Center and work on continuous process improvements
Work on current HR concepts for e.g. modern working time and remote learning & development and support the process of preparing and negotiating collective labor agreements accordingly
Develop and implement a system for organizing our Collective Labor Agreements
Work with the HR Business Partner team on HR projects

Qualifications


Pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology with focus on HR or a related field of study

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in combination with integrity and trust

Ability to learn on the fly, high degree of self-initiative and team work skills

Analytical thinking

Knowledge of the German labor law, especially the Work constitution act

First experience with Work Council collaboration including co-determination processes are preferred

Fluency in German and English language required – You will be writing contracts in German.

MS Office skills
 
Starting date:  May/June 2017
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: €1600 per month
 
You will need to be enrolled in University for the full duration of this internship.
