Purpose of the role:
Support Brand Manager Milka Seasonals  DE/AT
 
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Seasonals Brand Manager in the design of
the marketing mix and launch of new products
- Creating targeted market and competition analyses as
well as deriving from concrete marketing measures 
- Support in creation of sales documents 
- Assisting in the development of sampling and
promotion concepts together with external agencies, as well as their
implementation 
- Interface with internal departments and external
partners
- handling of organisational and administrational
tasks within daily buisness (e.g. Budget support, sample requests)

Profilo richiesto

Skills and
Qualifications:

• Studying towards
Bachelors or Masters, with focus on marketing

• ideally  first
professional experience in consumer marketing, preferably FMCG

• Creative and open minded
team player

• Strong strategic and
analytical skills as well as a good understanding of business principles in
general and financial figures

• Dealing well with complexity
and ambiguity

• Great organizing and problem
solving skills

Monthly gross salary: starting
from EUR 1750 (acc. to
collective bargaining agreement), significant overpayment
