HR Trainee
 
 
The Role
 
As a HR Trainee you will be involved to a wide in variety of Human Resources related support tasks within the job function. Helping with the different aspects of day-to-day work like supporting BP in ongoing activities: admin related tasks from the area of soft HR, labor law and other connected. Work under guidance, supervision and support of HRM.

Qualifications:     


Master’s degree in Business Studies/Economics, ideally specializing in HR

Fluency in Polish and English

Open minded to work in various aspects of HR

First working experiences, ideally in HR or personal admin or other related

Analytical mindset

Pro-activity and openness for new challenges

Great communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow within HR
