HR Talent Acquisition – 6 months Internship – Belgium (Mechelen) – 2018

We are looking for motivated interns to join our Human Resources department!
 
You will help the HR team by...
Working in the actual day to day business
Assisting on various HR projects such as internal & external communication, campus recruitment, organization of assessment days,  assisting in introduction & feedback sessions, evaluation, close contact with interns, taking initiatives
Recruiting interns for Western Europe region for various roles (Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Spain) (approximately 50 interns)
Assisting with all steps in the selection process, including: CV screening and phone interviews
You will take care of the mediation between Mondelēz International and the candidates by posting and publishing the requisitions on various job boards
You are the first point of contact for the business. It is your responsibility to provide feedback to the managers.
You take care of the planning and the administration part 
After hiring the candidates, you remain the first point of contact for the interns

You are an enthusiastic student (still enrolled in school)  with a matching educational background
You are able to work independently, remotely and responsibly
You have good communication skills
Planning and organization is your DNA
You are not afraid to give your honest, unrestrained input and your innovative ideas!
Working in a team gives you energy
You are fluent in English; additional fluency in Dutch and/or French is a preference
This is a full time internship for 6 months starting from March 2018, located in Belgium, Mechelen. Because every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be mostly in English.
