We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Sales Accounts Team!
 
Sales Operations department is responsible for ensuring the correct accounting of the budget of all customer invoices created like trade deals. It is also responsible to calculate the rebate settlements of all customer, as well as process contracts signed with customers and maintaining the master data to register new articles and sellers if he is applicable.
 
Supervised by Sales & Account Managers, you will…
 
Analyze and ensure the consumption and invoices conditions by each customer and categories correspond to the conditions signed on the contracts and charged in SAP, ensuring the generated reserved is in harmony with the agreements signed with customers.
Assign the appropriate budget agreement according to the concept as each invoices, analyzing each one of them. Payment should be made according to the procedures and policies MDLZ.  
Make claims in coordination with the sales network of the amounts improperly discounted by customers.  
Support the sales network, in all matters related with trade deals, advising on the budgets available in each case. 
Ensure compliance with procedures and policies MDLZ in all processes.

Desired profile

 
You might be just what we are looking for if…


You have a University Degree, preferably in Accounting, business administration, economics, or similar qualification (or Business School degree)

You are able to manage your time along with the priority of your missions

Your analysis , synthesis and communication skills are your strengths

You are organized and can plan several meetings at once

You understand Excel and Power Point

You are fluent in Portuguese and have a medium level in Spanish and English.
