Nous recherchons un apprenti motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe CS&L!
 
L’activité Copacking constitue un département clé au sein du Groupe Mondelez International et permets d’adapter des produits standards usines en offres promotionnelles et/ou saisonnières adaptées aux besoins des clients finaux (mise en lots, présentoirs...).
L’alternant intégrera une équipe achats à dimension européenne avec de réelles responsabilités
 
Au sein de l’équipe CS&L, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes…
 
La participation au pilotage opérationnel de l’activité d’achat co-packing
-  Etre le garant avec les opérations logistiques de l’engagement budgétaire co-packing : responsable de la cohérence prix / service sur l’ensemble des opérations versus contrat
-  Contribuer au suivi des prestataires : contrats, avenants, budget, suivi des projets de productivité
-  Participer aux négociations annuelles avec les fournisseurs
-  Etre l’appui d’un acheteur dans le choix du meilleur prestataire en fonctions de critères coûts / services : analyse du besoin, benchmark, appel d’offre
-  Etre le garant du flux achat co-packing dans les systèmes et de l’intégrité des données (SAP, systèmes spécifiques co-packing…)
-  Soutenir l’acheteur pour l’application et le respect des règles d’achat et de qualité du groupe.
 
La contribution à la gestion de projet
-  Participer à des projets d’amélioration ou d’organisation dans le domaine du co-packing (productivité, process, emballages, approche Lean…)
 
La participation à la stratégie d’achat
-  Etre le garant de l’application et du respect de la stratégie sourcing européenne de l’entreprise en France, Espagne et Portugal
-  Réaliser un benchmark de l’activité co-packing sur les zones concernées  et proposer des recommandations
-  Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de sourcing au niveau européen

Profil recherché

Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si...
 
• Vous êtes de  formation bac 4/5 de type école de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation Achat et/ou Supply Chain
• une première expérience significative en Achat et/ou Supply Chain, idéalement dans la grande consommation est un plus
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à appréhender différents problèmes et à apporter des solutions: vous gérez bien la complexité
• Vous êtes capables d’établir une bonne communication, constructive et efficace, avec vos interlocuteurs (externes et internes),
• Rigoureux, organisé et réactif, vous faites preuve de bonnes qualités relationnelles et d’une forte adaptabilité
• Vous maîtrisez très bien les outils informatiques 
• Vous maîtrisez l’anglais

Il s’agit d’un contrat d'apprentissage d’un an à partir du mois de Septembre basé à Clamart. La rémunération sera selon votre profil. Vous aurez aussi accès au restaurant d’entreprise.

Parce que nous travaillons quotidiennement dans un environnement international, le processus de recrutement se déroule majoritairement en anglais.

We are looking for a motivated apprentice to join our procurement team !
 
Within CS&L department, you will be responsible for the following missions...


You will work on:



Participation in the operational management of co-packing purchasing activity
Ensure adherence, with logistics operations, to budget: responsible for price/service consistency for all operations as against contract
Contribute to supplier follow-up: contracts, amendments, budget, follow-up of productivity projects
Participate in annual negotiations with suppliers
Support buyers in selecting the best supplier in terms of cost/service criteria: needs analysis, benchmark, call for tenders
Ensure co-packing purchasing flow in systems and guarantee integrity of data (SAP, specific co-packing systems, etc.)
Support the buyer in applying and complying with group purchasing and quality rules.
Contribution to project management
Participate in improvement and organisational projects in the area of co-packing (productivity, process, packaging, Lean approach, etc.)
Participation in purchasing strategy
Ensure application and compliance with the company’s European sourcing strategy in France, Spain and Portugal
Create a benchmark of co-packing activity for the zones in question and propose recommendations
Participate in the development of the sourcing strategy at European level


 
You might be just the person we’re looking for if...


• You are enrolled in a business school or university and are studying towards a Master’s Degree with a specialisation in procurement or Supply Chain
• You have already completed a first internship in procurement or Supply Chain
• You are known for your excellent analytical skills, your communication skills and ability to manage complexity
• You are fluent in English and French
