Poste et missions:
- To improve and develop a roadmap for MH Europe users with the objective of improving business usage and adoption of key technologies and systems, and enhancing better ways of working
- To improve IT process and policies for more productive and secure ways of working
Training and Development:
- Project: To support the development and implementation of a MH Europe Usage and Adoption Roadmap, working with Functional Experts and Key Users across the Business Domains to understand their needs, and assessing the training required to rollout new business solutions and/or end user tools across the region;
- To enhance the adoption of digital technologies within MH Europe
- Development of MH Europe specific training material, organising and presenting the training to the MH Europe users;
- Working with MHIS to assess proposed training material for MH Europe and leveraging training initiatives offered by MHIS for the benefit of MH Europe users;
Quality
- Project: Audit of existing MHIS/MH Europe IS&T policies, standards and procedures;
- Agree process to manage IS&T policies, standards and procedures and communicate to the markets;
- Assist to (re-)develop any policies, standards and procedures required by MH Europe;
- Participate to the design and development of appropriate workflow solutions to improve business and IT process

Education :
University
- IT related diploma
Languages :
