Accountancy Admin/ Marketing & IT Intern

We are an Accountancy Practise based in Camden Road, now looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Intern. An individual with knowledge of Accounts preparation and Tax is highly desirable. The day to day Responsibilities of the Intern is as bellows:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Assist in creating and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Assist Colleagues in registering clients and Companies with HMRC.
Help the Accounts team with Annual Reports, preparing company’s annual accounts and Data Entry.
Part of this job role also consists of maintaining and filing documents: this will be both physical and digital data.
We prefer a candidate who is computer literate and generally good with IT, be able to solve any issues that may arise.
A candidate with a good knowledge of WordPress, who is comfortable using Accounting software’s is preferred.
A candidate who has background knowledge within Payroll, HMRC payroll submission, is highly desired
A big part of this job role will consist of reception duties such as answering calls, helping and resolving any issues in regard to the client’s.
Candidate must have a good knowledge of social media platforms in order to promote the organisation.
Candidate applying for this role must have experience in using MS Office Package.

The person we are looking for has to be self-Motivated, be able to use their own initiative. This role suits recent Account’s graduates who wish to gain working experience within the Accounting Industry.
