Worldteachers are working closely in partnership with the public schools in the UAE and their education reform programme. We are looking for Maths and Engineering Graduates to teach Maths in one of the following Emirates - Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Dubai, Umm Al Quwain, and Abu Dhabi.

Please note that no previous experience of teaching is required, only a good degree in Maths or Engineering and the motivation to educate and inspire young people and help develop their mathematical skills. Your total salary will be c£40,000 per annum TAX FREE and you will be paid this salary from the day you start your training.

The project is intended to increase student engagement and to improve the standard of Maths within the UAE public schools. Graduates will be expected to teach at secondary school level (grades 8-12, ages 14-18). Full training and support will be provided throughout, resulting in you being awarded a UAE teaching licence at the end of your initial contract.

Start dates are available throughout 2019 from January onwards.

Minimum Job Requirements:

·Bachelor's Degree in Maths or Engineering.

Salary:

·Total Salary is AED 16,000 (c. £3,300) per month, which is tax-free.

·This is the total figure paid and includes living allowances and rent.

Other benefits paid include flights, medical cover and an end-of-contract bonus.
