Recruitment Consultant – Trainee – Sales - The Company

You will work alongside industry experts and will receive your own personalised development plan. Upon starting, you will be paired with a mentor who will be your dedicated trainer; this will help to ensure you achieve all your targets.

Recruitment Consultant – Trainee – Sales - The Benefits

·  Basic salary £21,000 - £25,000 + (Uncapped Commission) OTE £45k Year 1
·  Clear progression path

·  Degree educated or sales/negotiating experience
·  Exceptional written and oral communication skills
