Our Frontend engineering team works on a rich client-side application. Engineers in our team work in an iterative and collaborative way with Product and Design and backend services engineers to create the best possible user experience, where all inputs are heard.

Responsibilities

•        This role offers an Engineer, with a blend of experiences and opportunities to deliver on next-gen Yammer Frontend Engineering developing reusable, Testable UI Components.  

•      In this role the Engineer needs to partner with Product Managers and designers to develop new features.   Lead development of features with cross functional teams, Develop exemplary and thoroughly tested reusable UI components which sets standards across the Yammer organization.  

•      Estimate engineering effort plan implementation of optimizing prototypes into production code and perform quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration, staging and production environments

•      Collaborate effectively with other technology teams and architects to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas

•      Ability to work in a team as well as independently and deliver on time-sensitive goals.  

•      Exhibit Creativity and resourcefulness at problem solving while collaborating and working effectively with best in class designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers  

Requirements  

•      Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML

•      1+ years Programming experience in Building compelling web-services and/or cloud based solutions.   Experience or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes is a plus

•      Experience in JavaScript(preferable), C# , JAVA or C++ or other OO Programming language  

•      Self-motivated and organized.

•      Good communication skills, able to bring forward a vision or opinion.
