Do you want to help create incredible human computer interactions, like Cortana and HoloLens?   We build the platform that 1st and 3rd parties use to create speech and audio experiences on Windows 10 based devices, including HoloLens, Xbox, phones, tablets, desktops, and IoT devices.

What you’ll do:

•      Design, code, and test speech runtime experiences used to power Cortana, Xbox, and HoloLens

•      Integrate your components into the broader system delivering to multiple platforms

•      Drive detailed design reviews, code reviews, bug/issue triage with the feature teams

•      Own accurate costing for your engineering activities, and execute with high accountability

•      Partner with a team of cross-discipline peers (including Design, PM, and Quality)

•      Partner with the Architects and other technical drivers to deliver solid technical designs

•      Closely collaborate with partner teams when engineering dependencies exist  

What you’ll need:

3+ years of professional software design experience

Excellent technical problem-solving, design, coding, testing and debugging skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both in person and in the written form

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a highly motivated team environment

A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent  

BONUS: Speech, Natural Language, NUI, COM, WinRT, Web or Client UX, API design, Quality focus.
