Program Manager 2 - Microsoft France - Bellevue

Microsoft Teams is building new team focused products and services that redefine the way people communicate and collaborate at work. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Program Manager that wants to get in on the ground floor. As the Program Manager for Teams Productivity, you will be responsible for working with teams across Office and Microsoft at large on integrating their user experiences, services, and data, through our Extensibility Platform and Bots Platform. You will drive product vision and execution with partners and within Microsoft Teams.

This position includes responsibilities around managing internal partner relationships/dependencies, defining great user experience in coordination with design, and working hands on with your developers to deliver features. As a member of the PM team, you will have ample opportunity to share your work and get feedback from executives and customers. Key Responsibilities:

     · Own and drive the end-to-end definition, user experience, feature specification, and delivery for Microsoft Teams Productivity scenarios around Tabs and Bots.

     · Be a key contributor to the Microsoft Teams product strategy and roadmap, as well as stay in sync with Microsoft Teams end-user features and service infrastructure

     · Plan and lead requirements, project, and relevant competitive reviews with team and executive leadership

     · Understand the varying capabilities and features of mobile platforms in relation to your feature area (the latter at a high level)

     · Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms (SharePoint, VSO, status reporting, etc.)

     · Passion for the potential of Microsoft Teams to bring people together to achieve more

Requirements

     · Solid understanding and experience in information architecture (IA), UX, and human interaction design An ability to work well and thrive in a fast-paced, interactive, start-up team environment

     · Deep understanding of enterprise requirements

     · The ability to wear many hats, learn quickly and change direction when needed

     · The ability to think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities Quickly generate future directions based on user needs and the competitive landscape

     · Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in a very ambiguous environment

     · Strong project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills

     · Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical

     · Experience working with complex internal partner relationships and cross-group collaboration

     · Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas

     · 3+ years of experience shipping large-scale or enterprise-level software products through multiple release cycles.

     · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
