Skills Required:

·  Excellent written and verbal English language skills
·  Proficiency in authoring tools including MS Office, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Visio, SnagIt
·  Should be a quick learner, self-driven, independent, and highly motivated
·  Should be well organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
·  Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a strong emphasis on quality
·  Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text
·  Good analytical and multi-tasking skills
·  Should be able to adapt to changing requirements and handle deadlines
·  Able to multitask and juggle with projects simultaneously and deliver as per schedule
·  Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Profile:

·  Write and update existing or new product manuals
·  Work with Development, Quality Assurance, Business and other cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy in the manuals
·  Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interaction with various teams
·  Work extensively on the product to gain an understanding of the technical details
·  Handle multiple products and manuals simultaneously; should be able to manage time and tasks effectively
·  Work independently through all stages of the Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC)
