KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
JIRA administration and DevOps
· Participate in the study of changes/evolutions brought about by new versions of JIRA, in the choice of interesting functionalities, documentation, drafting of user guides, constitution and animation of user information sessions.
· Participate in the regular upgrade of the 4 JIRA instances (specification, planning and execution of technical operations, definition, execution and automation of tests, change management with Service Now), and their possible migration to other hosting solutions.
· Development and maintenance of Ansible playbooks to automate solution deployments and upgrades.
· Support and coach users in the use of JIRA.
· Participate in the management and resolution of incidents, in compliance with the respective SLAs of the 4 instances, using Service Now as the incident management repository.
· Participate in updating documents and knowledge bases used by the team.
· Participate in the drafting of architecture documents, technical documentation, technical repositories, best practices, presentations and training on solutions proposed by the team.
· Participate in presentations and training sessions for JIRA users, on Michelin specificities.
· Participate in the study and possible choice of tools to complement the functionalities provided by JIRA.
· Participate in the study and possible choice of tools that can replace all or part of the functionalities provided by JIRA at lower cost, integrating risk analyses and cost-benefit ratios, and aiming for solutions that are stable, high-performance, scalable, easy to use, secure, and easy to maintain and operate.
· Compliance with best practices, tools and standards of the team and other Michelin IT teams.

· Continuous reflection with the team on the evolution of services, best practices and standards around JIRA.
· Respect for team rules and rituals (Agile mode), and participation in ongoing reflection on its organization in order to improve its efficiency.
· Participate in load estimates for subjects/tasks listed in the backlog, challenging them if necessary.
· Participation in the choice and assignment of topics/tasks to be covered in short-term Agile sprints, with the aim of delivering incremental functionalities at a regular rate, and regularly upgrading components and tools.

· Help the team (IS and Business) to implement its practices to guide and support their work (Scrum, Kanban...)
