We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Audit Associate (fixed-term)
The Sales Audit Division is part of the EMEA Finance Department and it is currently managing activities for more than 100 brick and mortar stores as well as more than 20 Ecommerce stores. The department is responsible for running the cash and card reconciliation for all above locations, to investigate on cash/card discrepancies, to manage the archive of financial documents produced by retail stores and to provide support for any project involving the retail environment. We work closely with stores, Ecommerce team and all finance departments as Treasury, Inventory Control and General Ledger.
Who You Are:
You are hands-on, detailed-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about accounting. You understand that when it comes to financial reporting, the details matter. You have outstanding communication skills, can effectively liaise with the stores, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
You are highly organized, keen-learner and self-motivated, able to work well to deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
What You’ll Do:
You will handle the main activities related to the sales review for Retail and Ecommerce location and support the day to day bank to sales reconciliations. Activities will include:
· Manage the archive of all stores’ documents
· Perform investigations and follow-ups with retail stores
· Review and respond to chargeback notifications
· Support the team in case of audits
· Ad-hoc projects support
. You’ll Need to Have:
· Languages: English very good, additional EU languages a plus
· Business school
· Good knowledge of Excel
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
· Results-driven and KPIs oriented
