SALES SUPPORT
•Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
•Perform stock checks for customers and in support of sales associates
•Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks
•Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
•Comply with all sales related policies and procedures

CUSTOMER SERVICE
•Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner
•Interact with customers as they enter the store
•Respond to customer’s questions quickly and accurately
•Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
•Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed
•Work with stock and sales associates effectively to ensure a fast and seamless customer experience in the fitting rooms
•Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer

STOCK SUPPORT:
• Schedule must be flexible to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings to meet the needs of the business
• Must have the ability to safely lift and carry 30 pounds
• Performs stock checks for customers, and in support of sales team
• Performs merchandise handling and visual tasks to standard throughout the store
• Prepares merchandise to go out onto sales floor with correct hangers, tickets etc. as required
• Maintains the sales floor, fitting rooms and Cashwrap; processes and runs go-backs

CASHIER:
• Previous experience in retail environment or other cash handling environment preferred
• Must have the ability to interact with customers with a high level of enthusiasm, great customer service and patience
• Position will also require attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Must be aware of and comply with all cash management policies and procedures
• Works with the cashier team to efficiently wrap and bag merchandise
• Maintains a clean and orderly Cashwrap area
• Facilitates better customer service between Associate & customer by managing wrapping and reducing waiting time
