We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager for our New Opening MICHAEL KORS Troyes Outlet Store!
The Retail Division is a fast paced organization that overlooks a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlet stores, 80 Lifestyle full price, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries.
Who You Are:
You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated and have strong communication skills. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are fashion-curious and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist Store Manager in the management and daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, administration, communication, marketing, merchandising and HR tasks. Collaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management and execution.
Assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence. Ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates leading by example, assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff, resolve HR issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure all staff image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image.
You’ll Need to Have:
Extensive retail experience in a premium/luxury environment in a management role
Excellent communication, organizational skills with attention of detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Retail Math, KPIs and Microsoft Office
Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking
