Nous recherchons un Directeur Adjoint (H/F)  pour notre Flagship situé rue Saint-Honoré à Paris qui sera un maillon essentiel de notre équipe afin d’atteindre nos objectifs et de motiver l’équipe tout en respectant nos standards de vente et de merchandising.

Ici nos clients trouverons une magnifique sélection de produits incluant  Michael Kors Prêt-à-Porter, de la ligne défilé MK Collection à la collection moderne et fashion MMK. La boutique présentera également une large sélection d’accessoires (Montres, Bijoux, Chaussures, Lunettes de soleil ainsi que la parfumerie)

·  Vous avez une expérience en tant que Directeur Adjoint (H/F) dans un environnement dynamique
·  Vous avez une forte orientation résultats et vous aimez atteindre et dépassez vos objectifs
·  Vous êtes un leader charismatique avec un talent reconnu pour motiver votre équipe afin de délivrer un service client exceptionnel
·  Vous êtes un véritable coach et vous savez développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at Saint Honoré Store who will be passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining excellent operational and merchandising standards.

At this beautiful store our customers will find a chic range of products including glamorous ready-to-wear and accessories from the luxury runway collection to the fashion-forward MICHAEL Michael Kors line. The store also features a wide array of watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear and fragrance.
