Poste et missions:
BI AH (Industrial) Operations Department launched in October 2016 the wave 1 of a Maintenance Transformation Program within 5 sites: in the US (one of them was Gainesville), UK, Italy and Brazil. The objective of the program is to significantly improve the efficiency and the reliability of our equipments to mainly issue extra production capacity. The BI AH Operations management has decided to pursue this initiative and extend it to additional sites keeping the initial objective of increasing the productivity, and enlarging it with industrial projects being implemented on site.
We would like to assign a VIE to pursue the Maintenance Transformation Program already launched and to work on additional projects on site.
This assignment is a unique opportunity to be part of a transversal and cross-sites Initiative and can be a « door opener » for pursuing your career within BI AH Industrial Operations.
The candidate will have the mission to pursue and facilitate the Maintenance Transformation Program:
- Facilitate and develop the Autonomous Maintenance for Production technicians in the main areas of the site
- Calculate, analyze and define improvement actions with the Maintenance KPIS
- Corrective Maintenance vs Preventive Maintenance KPI
- Other Specific KPIs
- Measure the financial impacts of the KPI and improvement actions in cooperation with the Financial department
- Organize PME Shop 5S program, Conduct Wrench time assessment and Post-PM activities
- Participate and organize Shutdown activities with the objective to optimize as much as possible the shutdown
- Conduct a Spare parts optimization program
One key factor for success will be the candidate’s ability to get integrated into the site teams, to be autonomous and bring proposals.
She/he will be coached by the Site maintenance Manager, as well as by people working at central level.
She/he will also be part of a global Maintenance network gathering about 8 sites of BI AH.
Profil:
- Master Degree in Industrial Engineering
- First trainee or professional experience on an industrial site
- Strong ability to get integrated in a new team, in a different country
- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with different levels in the organization (from the production operator to Site Leadership Team)
- Ability to work with general guidance only and be autonomous on a daily basis
- Interest to join a global transformation Project
