MISSION:
Support the implementation of our Lighthouse Key account management processes through our new Avian business unit.
Key Account Management (KAM) is one of the main strategic pillar for Avian to support our growth over the coming years.
Objective is to ramp up the KA management process by analyzing the operational performance of Merial within its multi-nationals KA, track action plan log, support the regional and local Avian business managers.
Key account Management:
- Analyze the performance of our Key accounts
- Performance review and action plan follow up
- Monitor progress against target for all Multi-Nationals KA and keep uptodate action plan log and traffic light dashboards
- Adjust the reporting tools
- Improving and detailing the Key account processes
- Training the Avian business team on data management, reporting analysis
Business intelligence & Business Development:
- Perform competitive analysis within our key accounts
- Analyze market trend and population by country
- Analyze business trends on our Key account (consolidation, growth, unmet needs,..)
- Monitor trend of new poultry categories and capture Business Opportunities (outside of BIO) input from the countries
- Capture and analyze internal and external company and product business development opportunities within the Regions.
- Report quarterly Alliance Management status.
Marketing
- Communication campaign for NeO vaccines range (Website, Ads, Videos...)
- International Production & Processing Expo Merial booth project lead (30,000 visitors)
PROFILE:
BAC + 5 / business school
- marketing & financial analysis or Veterinarian with Marketing/Business/Finance Specialisation
An international business mind-set and experience (or internship) of working internationally is required.
Ability to animate cross functional team located in different countries (GSM,BOPS, IS)
Good analytical skills
Humble, Ability to adapt and effectively conduct business in multiple countries and cultures and to overcome language barrier challenges, deal with the complexity of Region business comprising of multiple and variable currencies / exchange rates.
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
GODD PROFICIENCY IN BOTH SPANISH AND GERMAN IS REQUIRED
