Working Student - Sector Human Resources Performance Materials (all genders)

Your Role:  

As a working student at Sector Human Resources Performance Materials you will be part of the HR Business Partner team supporting one of the most exciting and dynamic Businesses at our company. You will get insights in multiple business and HR projects, assisting the team with project management and organizational tasks. In your daily tasks you will conduct analysis and prepare presentations based on these, prepare and track project plans, be involved in a broad variety of HR topics and be part of an amazing and highly motivated international team.

 

Who you are:

·  You have a study background in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
·  Preferably practical experience within HR or related fields via internships
·  Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Excellent English skills, both written and verbally
·  Detail oriented and well-structured style of working, strong analytical thinking
·  Independent and proactive approach towards tasks
