Working Student Financial Control & Governance (all genders)

Your role:

As one major pillar of the mandatory governance setup for stock corporations, Financial Control & Governance drives the definition, implementation as well as the further development of a state-of-the-art financial Internal Control System (ICS) for the whole company. We ensure the key objectives of the ICS are met, in particular: creating transparency about process effectiveness, mitigation of process risks impacting the financial reporting, fraud and error prevention, quality improvement, avoidance of substantial property losses.

As part of our international team, you will support the implementation of a harmonized group-wide financial Internal Control System. Among a diverse set of tasks, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own thoughts and conceptual ideas to the function's intranet page, participate in status update meetings, maintain data to track the group-wide progress of implementation and prepare various Power Point presentations and stakeholder communications.

 

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled at a university (minimum 4th semester), preferably in the field of business administration

• Strong communication as well as excellent verbal and written English skills 

• Proficient with standard applications, especially MS Power Point, MS Excel & MS Teams

• Self-driven, comfortable to work independently and to contribute ideas
