Your Role: 

The Building Engineer III works on assignments of diverse scope in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations, under limited supervision.  This role will also be responsible for off-shift emergency response. On-call requirements will be rotational. Will also coordinate and work with contractors to maintain all other aspects of facility operation and perform other duties and responsibilities as required by local leadership.  Purchase and maintain parts inventory.  Completes all training objectives on time (Safety, SOPs, OJT). 

 

Will be required to regularly lift 50+ lbs.

 

Who You Are: 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) with completion of at least 80% of a recognized Certificate program in HVAC and 3+ years of commercial/industrial facilities maintenance experience – OR - 
·  High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) with 5+ years of commercial/industrial facilities maintenance experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  2+ years’ work experience in cGxP environment
·  Lab and clean room experience and training
