Supply Network Planner

 

Your Role:

 

As a Supply Network Planner, you will be responsible for managing products under your remit to sustain global product availability. Ensuring to co-ordinate replenishment, allocation and balancing inventory levels at strategic distribution hubs. You will manage the interface between Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Product Management.

 

You will be working closely with Demand Planning to review, monitor and roll out forecasts to all relevant stakeholders. You must be able to manage and be proactive in reporting, resolving and negating any potential supply issues and/or disruptions. As a supply network planner, you will be a primary point of contact and support for the Distribution Channel and Key Account Managers. You will also be responsible for the review and management on a rolling basis of master data incorporating safety stocks. The successful candidate will need to support and help to drive the S&OP process and maintain KPIs in terms of fill rate, inventory, backorder, and shelf-life management. In addition, you will need to manage the Product life cycle and, phasing in and out of products. The role also would entail the utilisation and assist in the development of systems and tools to drive continuous process improvements  

 

Who you are:

 

·  Degree in Supply chain or Business related discipline is desirable
·  Previous planning and supply chain experience
·  Previous experience in Excel, Oracle, and SAP
·  Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various support groups
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while prioritising workload.
·  Excellent analytical and systems skills
·  Excellent communication and reporting skills
·  Customer-orientated outlook.
