Quality Engineer

Responsibility

·  Responsible for designing and maintaining quality procedures. Continually improving quality protocols and methods.
·  Organize and coordinate products Internal/Release Test and FAT activities.
·  Perform products Internal Testing and FAT activities.
·  Organize and implement 6S and EHS related activities in office and test site.
·  Working with OMM together to improve outsourced manufacturing quality.
·  Analyzing quality event record to define root causes, providing valuable suggestions to related functions base on CAPA tools to improve skids quality.
·  Working closely with global quality team, bringing good experience in quality practice to support products quality improvement.

Qualification

·  Bachelor degree or equivalent,major in Chemical machinery and equipment.
·  3+ years of experience in quality control in pharmaceutical machinery related enterprises is preferred.
·  Excellent skill on Excel for quality data analysis.
·  Strong data analysis base on quality tools.
·  Fluent in spoken and written English.
·  Familiar with Lean and six Sigma is preferred.
·  Skilled application of ISO9001 system is preferred.
·  Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
