Process Engineer

Your Role:

 

The Process Engineer is an engineer who manages the process changes of the Broadway Liquid Media Manufacturing and Quality Operations, including scaling of batches, ensure current processes are in control and optimized, lead troubleshooting efforts for OOT or OOS processes, implement new equipment, operate within the current Management of Change (MOC) process, and assist with Pilot/Engineering batches of new products.  Will also be responsible for safely executing and developing manufacturing processes.  As the Process Engineer, you will be required to ensure the accuracy of documentation within the local quality system.  Will work closely with department management to ensure full scope of process and equipment usage are captured and confirmed.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s of Science degree in any Scientific discipline or Engineering discipline
-OR-
·  Associates degree with 3+ years of process engineering experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Degree in chemical engineering, bioprocess engineering or released Science.
·  Proven ability to lead in a GMP team setting. 
·  Direct experience with manufacturing equipment and quality control instrumentation.
·  Project Management experience including management of project budgets, scope and schedules.
