Post Doc multiplex tissue analysis (all genders), limited 2 years

Your role:

 

Develop multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) assays for in situ tissue biomarker analysis in the field of oncology, immuno-oncology and immunology. You will drive to set up relevant protocols and workflows within our histopathology lab and work in close collaboration with our digital pathology team to ensure a seamless end-to-end workflow. The position is embedded in a multidisciplinary team including pathologists, data scientist, statisticians, bioinformatics and expert scientists working on the development and implementation of mIF assays to support clinical development decision making in early and late phases. We expect from the candidate an active contribution in advancing mIF technology in this promising field of biomarker analysis. The position is temporary for 2 years.

 

Who you are:

·  PhD, fluent in English
·  Proven expertise in complete workflow of multiplex IF assay development is mandatory and excellent understanding of histopathological lab procedures and workflows
·  Working experience in Digital pathology is a plus;good understanding of tumor pathology and morphology
·  Structured and organized working styleand good knowledge of MS Office
·  Experience with clinical studies/trials/environment is a plus;track record of publications is a plus
