PKG Supervisor

Your role:

Be responsible for PKG line personnel management and day-to-day operations, including SOP, Packaging Process, Batch Record, Technical Transfer, Product Master file, Recruit and train people, Shop floor, etc. Ensure and maintain the high level of GMP and EHS compliance, and good team work culture.

Responsibilities:

•     Build the production operation team, develop the position, certification module, and training plan, ensure operator’s capability, compliance and team work culture, and right behaviour.

•     Develop the SOP, Batch Record and Process Flow for packaging operation, conduct the risk assessment and develop the mitigation.

•     Manage the daily shop floor activities, including facilitate with support function to ensure the successful operation, lead the investigation if any deviation happen.

•     Lead and standardize shop floor lean management, including 5S, Visualization, Problem Solving and work Standardization, etc.

•     Lead and facilitate the validation and qualification relevant activities, provide feedback as PKG representative.

•     Lead and support the execution of Operation Readiness Plan, complete the tasks and activities on time to meet the milestone.

•     Other relevant tasks assigned by company.

 

Who you are:

•     Bachelor Degree above in Pharmaceutical Engineering or Pharmacy related major

•     5+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervision position

•     Fluent in English

•     Result orientation, accuracy and reliability as a must

•     Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning and organization skills

•     Lean participant and Six Sigma Belts are preferred.
