New Sales Development Korea & Taiwan (Chemical Materials)

Your Role:

·  Identify & draw needs of new chemical synthesis at existing and potential customers
·  Identify target segment from the existing product line and push to potential customers
·  Develop and implement market and account specific strategies and growth plans
·  Responsible for conducting basic market research in assigned markets and identifying potential customers
·  Locate or propose potential business by contacting existing/potential customers, strategic partners, and discovering or exploring new opportunities
·  Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and technical functions) to accelerate and drive profitable growth
·  Drive new material specifications from start to finish working across various roles internally and externally
·  Develop deep understanding of and share knowledge of key markets, players within these markets, target applications, requirements, trends, and needs

 

Who You Are:

·  Bachelor or higher, preferably in chemical engineering or chemistry
·  Minimum 3 years of proven commercial experience/ customer facing working in the targeted markets as an Account Manager, Business Development, Application Development Engineer, Marketing or similar
·  Experience in chemical industries like Electronic Materials, Cosmetics, Semiconductor, Display, Automotive and/or Plastics
·  Demonstrated ability to work with senior level business leaders
·  Highly motivated, self-starter and possessing drive for success
·  Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities
·  Fluent in English
