教育专员-肿瘤-深圳

职位描述：

·  了解护士及患者行为特点，筛选和确认教育需求；
·  协助护士传递正确的疾病信息推广及宣传, 以提高患者认识；
·  了解医生、护士对于疾病信息传递方式方法的期望与需求，帮助医护人员进行优化以减轻其工作压力；
·  针对医院个性化的患者教育需求，充分应用现有平台进行线上、线下教育推广及宣传，促进疾病及相关知识的深入及广泛普及。
·  每月举办专业化护士教育培训, 提高护士认知及技能, 促进护士向患者持续传递关爱,并提供更好的服务体验，提高患者满意度；
·  定期举办区域、城市护理交流活动，促进护士操作技能及患者管理技能的交流与合作，共同推进护理技能发展。
·  每月定期拜访客户，分析及了解客户、区域需求，制定相应工作计划；
·  每月向直线经理/教育经理汇报月度护士教育、项目工作开展情况；
·  每月通过区域月度会议、教育专员电话会议分享项目、护士培训及教育活动经验；
·  定期收集区域、患者、客户对于项目、活动的反馈及建议；
·  每年与直线经理进行年度总结与评估，设定工作目标。

 

任职要求

-     医药及相关专业大专以上学历

-     具备工作所需要的一定英语听说读写能力；

-     3年左右相关职位的工作经验；

-     熟悉中国医药产业环境并且有特许经营经验；

-     擅长分析数据、评估促销活动和战略活动以及制定可行性计划；

-     具有出色的口头与书面交流能力、有效的交流技巧及谈判技巧，善于倾听；

-     良好的计算机操作水平；
