Legacy Versum [리가시 버슘] Lab Operator (시화)
This position is responsible for laboratory operation of Sihwa Spec. Gases plant, including implementing/maintaining safety, quality systems and performing physical tests for quality control of processes/products and raw materials
Your Role:
· Participate /activity BSP level 1(Near miss, APT, What if, JSA, housekeeping)
· Perform inspection for Incoming material, intermediate & final product analysis based on the procedure
· Train new technician about lab instrument operation
· Perform DRB & SPC activity
· Support validation of methods & perform items of MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
· Support MOC activities and take follow-up actions for assigned items from MOCs
· Follow up / support ISO 9001/14001, OSHAS18001 System
· Investigate root cause for lab equipment down and troubleshooting lab instrument
· Perform internal calibration for lab equipment
· Record lab environment monitoring sheet
· Support to implement new analytical method & lab equipment
· Perform reliability test of requested samples for quality /process improvement
· Input / validate analytical result to LIMS
· Investigate / report status of lab consumable, reagent, apparatus, inventory etc.
· Perform routine maintenance for lab equipment
· Participate in CI activity with finding idea
· Communicate with production team about analytical result for RMT, NMT, cleaning sample, Assay sample
· Support analyzing customer request sample / 2nd source raw materials.
· Support planning finished product analysis for meeting lab cycle time target
· Report to manager about daily analysis work, OT status
· Support updating work instruction for each instrument
· Other tasks assigned by your superior
