Global HR Marketing & Communication Expert (all genders)

Your role:

We’re looking for a Global HR Marketing & Communication Expert to design and implement marketing, event and communications initiatives to support HR and People topics either through leading own projects or contributing to larger strategic initiatives. You will advise on key messages, channel usage and influence design to execute communication objectives in line with the HR identity and Communications/Branding governance. In this role you will provide guidance and support to HR content experts to execute activities in line with global messages and objectives. You will continue to develop HRs digital communication landscape by restructuring the Group Human Resources Eva room internally and externally. Focus will be on establishing a user centric approach while ensuring that key groups are adequately represented.

 

Who you are:

·  Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years’ work experience in Marketing and/or (Change) Communications
·  Experience in positioning concepts, change management & content marketing as well as in designing and implementing marketing and communications measures
·  Experience in web design and general affinity of digital channels and platforms
·  Strong presentation, communication and text writing skills
·  Fluency in English
