Your Role:  

 

·  Develop site specific EH&S practices to comply with corporate EH&S practices, procedures, and local regulations.
·  Support the level 2, 3 BSP activities and participate in EH&S BSP.
·  Develop, revise and cascade all EH&S related procedures.
·  Ensure that the safety work permit is issued properly and coordinate the safety work permit issuers and receivers.
·  Report and correct any unsafe conditions and any hazards and communicate it with team members.
·  Support to conduct safety inspection for hazardous and risk facility or equipment as corporate EH&S procedures, and local regulation.
·  Ensure that Compliance Management tasks are implemented properly and assist for implementation.
·  Support to investigate and report related EH&S near miss with corrective actions.
·  Optimize the program, and procedure related EH&S system.
·  Follow up the internal and external audit related EH&S from global EH&S team, and Government agencies.  
·  Periodically analysis key performance related EH&S KPI, and APT.
·  Periodically report EH&S performance highlight to the plant manager and Korea EH&S manager.
·  Cascade the EH&S information such as monthly performances, incident reports, IRC output, safety alert, etc.
·  Plan for Safety & Health training annually according to local regulation.
·  Perform and support IT application such as APT, CM, CR360, and etc.
·  Participate the seminar and training related EH&S including government/customer request.
·  Provide NEST [New Employee Safety Training] including Safety Work Permit.
·  Provide the information or report related EH&S to government.
·  Other tasks assigned by your superior

 

 

Who You Are:

 

·  More than 1~3 years incumbent in a manufacturing facility or equivalent industries.

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in a chemical engineering, safety engineering or EH&S related departments.

 

·   Site EH&S management experience.

 

·  English skill for communicating with Global EH&S team
