Your role:
The Digital Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for generating sales of products by focusing on selling to a defined regional group of end user accounts. This position will coordinate all customer support functions, including field and office-based specialists to help our customers meet their objectives and maximize business opportunities. All Digital Client Success Managers are therefore expected to utilize available resource with an emphasis on the digital suite of tools, keep systems updated at all times in order to track and report sales activities and share account knowledge, achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring a sustainable, profitable and plannable growth. The Digital Client Success Manager will also utilize call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and achieve set sales targets.

The Digital Client Success Manager also serves as the primary point of contact for the lead decision maker and central procurement of strategic accounts for our products and services. This role includes identifying and approaching key opinion leaders within the strategic account to promote our brands and portfolio. The Digital Client Success Manager must be able to negotiate and close deals that are profitable to company and fair to our customers. 

The Digital Success Manager is also responsible for managing tenders together with the tender management team.

 

Who you are:

·  Relevant Life Science scientific degree
·  1-2 years of sales experience
·  Fluent Swedish and English
·  Additional Nordic language will be an advantage
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Good business acumen and able to produce and interpret sales data in various formats
·  Self-motivated, able to prioritize, strong organizational and time management skills
