Cash & Collection Analyst

 

Your role:

主要职责

·  Collect outstanding receivables and maintain target DSO and overdue ratio.

负责客户收款及确保DSO和超期率指标的完成。

·  Perform cash and collections functions in accordance with the company policies;

按照公司相关政策执行日常信控职能

·  Shipment Control/invoice tracking;

SAP放单、后续发票追踪

·  Sales contract/bidding documents(commercial) review and approve.

销售合同、投标文件(商务条款)的审批

·  Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Who you are:

要求:

·  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of accounting or economic related;

本科学历,财务或经济相关专业

·  Minimum 2 year of solid experience in credit control or AR collection.

2年以上信控或应收账款催收工作经验

·  Excellent communication in written English with good communication skills;

良好的英语读写,良好的沟通能力

·  Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skills;

能承受工作压力,有良好的解决问题能力

·  Experience with SAP is preferred.

有SAP经验优先
