We currently have an exciting career opportunity to join Mercer's Benefits Administration business, a growing segment of Mercer that administers large employers' health and retirement benefits programs.

As a Client Services Analyst in the Health & Benefit department, you'll apply your critical thinking, data analysis, and problem solving skills to oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and respond to client requests. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to partner with other colleagues and teams, while maintaining responsibility for your own independent work. Primary Responsibilities:



· Lead daily operational processes required to administer your client's health and benefits program.

· Respond to client requests for reports, data, and participant information.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure client tasks are completed in a timely manner.

· Analyze issues, determine solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

· Partner with members of the Participant Services and Implementation teams to address specific operational inquiries and challenges.

· Take on increased responsibilities, new projects, and expanded client interaction.

· Develop a solid understanding of applicable benefit rules and regulations.

Desired profile

Core Competencies and Requirements:



·  BA/BS degree preferred.

·  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·  Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·  Comfortable working with data, including advanced Excel knowledge.

·  Self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, and committed to meeting deadlines.

·  Attention to detail.

·  Strong oral and written communication skills.

·  Motivation to take on new challenges.

·  Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·  Knowledge of SQL a plus, but not required.

·  Knowledge of the health and benefits industry a plus, but not required.
