Job description
Mission: The Marketing Manager ensures the seamless alignment and dialogue between the brand strategy and its practical implementation at the hotel. This role prioritizes projects based on the business premises, supporting and aligning with the strategy outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOS).
What will you have to do?
Strategy Development: Participate in defining and developing the hotel's brand marketing strategy. Supervise its implementation across the hotels under your management to ensure alignment with overarching brand objectives.
Operational Execution: Support the execution of marketing plans within hotels, ensuring they reflect the brand strategy. Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing assets across multiple channels, coordinating closely with the Area Sales Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing at the hotel.
Annual Planning: Lead the development of the Annual Marketing Plan in collaboration with key hotel stakeholders, ensuring the plan is responsive to market needs and aligned with strategic goals.
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends to align marketing strategies with business needs. Manage B2B campaign materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
Public Relations: Coordinate the hotel's PR activities, ensuring they align with global brand strategies. Manage the creation of press materials and the execution of press visits.
Budget Management: Validate and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities provide ROI and align with financial objectives.
Content and Social Media: Ensure the correct implementation of brand-approved content, oversee hotel content updates on key platforms, and support social media campaigns and influencer engagements.
What are we looking for?
Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communication. Additional qualifications in Economics, Tourism, or Hospitality are beneficial.
Experience: Preferably at least one year of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to brand management, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and public relations.
Skills:
Strong understanding of advertising, journalism, and audiovisual communication.
Proficiency in social media, copywriting, photography, and graphic design.
Expertise in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, and tools for event organization.
Languages: Proficiency in the local language and advanced English is required. Knowledge of a third language would be an asset.
