Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years management experience, within a fast food industry. This will have equipped you with the skills and experience to manage a successful operation. We are passionate about operating the best brands, working with the best people and offering our customers the best service.An opportunity has arisen at Tibshelf services on the M1 at junctions 28 and 29 for a McDonald's Business Manager to drive the sales and performance of the unit.As a Business Manager you will be commercially savvy and customer focussed. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shift, whilst leading your team from the front, ensuring that the team work collectively to go above and beyond to exceed brand standards.
