Position context:
Innovation is one of the group's top priorities. The Innovation Department sets the strategic goals and orchestrate the transformation programs of the different service lines. We are looking to grow our core team.
The Innovation Intern will liaise with the start-up ecosystem, coordinate our partnerships and help design and deliver the innovation strategy. The role will entail interfacing with cross-cultural teams, organizing international events (hackathons, seminars...) to further the innovation agenda at Mazars and get directly involved in a few projects.


Position description:
The Innovation intern will have the following objectives:
-Identify new and concrete innovation opportunities or partnerships for the Group by matching internal needs with new trends
-Manage a portfolio of on-going projects at an international level
-Liaise across business units, service lines, and support functions to keep key people "in the know" and engaged
-Communicate the innovation agenda worldwide and grow our community of innovation ambassadors in Mazars countries
-Help design and organize international events, workshops and seminars to promote innovation
-Publish articles about innovation at Mazars

Profil recherché

Technical skills:
1.Top notch communication and writing skills in English; native/bilingual written and spoken English is a must (knowledge of French would be an asset)
2.A keen interest in innovation and transformation
3.An understanding of data science is a huge plus
4.A graduate degree or, at least underway
5.Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Soft skills:
1.Team player but also self-starter and highly autonomous
2.Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
3.Open-minded, creative and dynamic
4.Can talk and walk at the same time
5.Enjoys fast-pace and multi-disciplinary work
