Key Responsibilities/职位描述

- 拜访Top门店,拉动店内销售
- 完成销量目标,确保区域目标与宏观生意目标一致,并控制费用
- 计划所负责区域的销售预算和开销(分客户、产品)
- 制定客户计划和销售发展策略
- 探索并建议销售发展方向,成长机会点,确保数量和质量同步发展
- 合理分配资源(人力,财力,陈列物料等)以得到开销回报最大化
- 计划日、周的拜访路线,确保前线销售路线的一致性
- 监督前线销售活动表现
- 库存管理和掌控,提供解决建议已避免库存过高或库存不足
- 确保所有需要提交的报表准时并准确,销售计分卡,随着重点客户的实际数字灵活调整(库存,销量,新鲜度,促销报告)
- 执行品牌策略,达成市场部拟定的数量和质量的共同目标,反馈市场机会和障碍
- 确保市场活动执行,店内活动良好变现
- 对以下内容进行统筹控制:店内可视陈列,陈列物料,确保公司要求的店内活动按照标准执行,并在出现问题时及时指导解决
- 通过协同拜访,市场拜访,定期评估团队绩效,评估KPI达成,通过指导来影响和激励团队
- 协助新员工培训:销售技巧,陈列标准,市场活动执行,皇家的销售准则,销售政策,产品,项目,促销活动等


- 大专及以上学历,两年以上快速消费品行业相关销售经验
- 优秀的逻辑思维能力及沟通谈判协调能力
- 良好的市场开发和客户服务经验
- 良好的计算机运用能力,熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT
- 强烈的责任心及职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作
- 宠物主人优先考虑
