Key Responsibilities/ 职位描述

1) 完成区域内设备电气部分的维修工作，同时参与并支持机修工的日常维修工作，配合上级实施日常维护、保养和预防性维修工作，确保生产设备的正常运行。

2) 协助主管控制维修费用

3) 与部门现场其他工种合作完成团队目标

4) 对设备电气方面提出合理化改善建议及方案，参与分析解决班组重复、重大的故障。

5) 参与公司开展的改善工作环境，提高安全、提高生产效率和完善产品质量的各项目小组

6) 完成上级安排的其他任务

Qualifications/ 任职条件

1) 持有效的低压操作上岗证（电工证）

2) 三年以上的电气相关行业工作经验；

3) 熟练掌握电气设备维护和维修知识；熟悉电气安装、安全规程；

4) 能够熟练使用PLC，有伺服系统、步进系统，运动控制等控制经验

5) 熟悉机械手参数调试和一般维护

6) 熟悉变频控制，参数优化调试

7) 熟悉伺服控制维护和调试

8) 熟悉现场仪表的安装，使用，以及操作

9) 能够适应倒班工作

10) 自动化集成工作经历优先考虑

11）大专或以上学历，自动化、电气自动化，工业自动化相关专业
