Background

The purpose of this job is to support the delivery of the Global Technical Insights Program through consolidation and analysis of data generating meaningful insights to feed into the innovation pipeline or help close fundamental transversal insights gaps. The job holder is also a key player in the delivery of the global Pet Centre strategy by being responsible to collect, analyse and provide all required data around capacity and capability for the global Pet Centre network, as well as any further operational support required. They will further contribute to the delivery of our global product performance program by delivering global reporting and developing appropriate analysis and reporting tools, as well as driving continuous improvement of our reporting system and approach

Key Responsibilities

·  Support delivery of agreed projects to generate transversal fundamental product insights that go across technologies for Pet Nutrition
·  Analyse data to generate insights
·  Data management
·  Support global PC network operations through data analysis around capacity, testing needs
·  Global product performance reporting, development and continuous improvement of analysis and reporting tools

What we want from you:

·  University degree in food science, consumer science or related equivalent
·  Analytical approach
·  Scientific methods and mindset
·  Experience in dashboarding and relevant tools (e.g. Tableau) and product development advantageous
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Fluent in English - knowledge of a 2nd language would be advantageous
